SHIPPING

The Everywoman magazine offers shipping for delivery within Australia and internationally via Australia Post.

We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 working days.

Shipments will be sent via regular post, in which Australia Post will leave the item in a safe place. If there are any specific delivery details that need to be considered, please specify in the notes on your order or contact us hello@everywomanmedia.com within 1 hour of placing your order with your order number in the subject line.

We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels once they leave our premises. Ownership and risk of damage to the goods is passed onto the customer upon delivery at the specified delivery address.

Customers within Australia should allow 2-5 working days for delivery depending on your location.

International customers should allow 2-15 working days for delivery depending on your location.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item is deemed faulty or damaged. For any damaged or faulty items please contact us within 24hours of receiving your order to hello@everywomanmedia with your order number in the subject line. Please provide images of the damaged goods and a description. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. We will evaluate the return request and provide instructions on how to return the goods and organise an exchange replacement. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
